NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 9 – Tatu City has raised concern over delayed approval of development plans by Kiambu County government.

In a statement, Tatu claims that the county has refused to consider Tatu City applications for approval of building plans to the disadvantage of their project’s development.

The developer of the mixed-used expansive development said over 45 Kenyan and international businesses are operating or setting up Tatu City, creating thousands of jobs.

“Tatu City is a  key supporter of the government’s Big Four agenda with More than 2,000 affordable homes currently under development and 2,500 students studying at Tatu City schools every day,” read part of the statement.
